You Might Be a Subculture of One If… 7

Still trying to draw Trent Reznor in this panel! I loved drawing (and wearing) gothic fashion as a teen and young adult. I still sometimes slip into my Lip Service tattered waist cincher. But I wear it more as art than as fashion now, if that makes sense.

I think goth is going back into hiding for another decade now, or it’s morphing into something entirely unlike what it originally was and thus will be “reinvented” in a decade only to repeat the cycle.

Long live black vinyl and waist cinchers and rainy days holed up in the attic with Nine Inch Nails and Magic: the Gathering cards!
